Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are exempt from returns. Our return policy excludes bespoke furniture crafted to your specifications, assembled products, and fabric items—such as pillows and bedding—to guarantee the health and safety of all our clients. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In specific cases—such as items with minor wear or missing original packaging—we may offer a partial refund based on the condition of the return.

- Furniture Galleria excludes all opened household products, assembly tools, and boxed accessories from our return policy to maintain our strict security and quality standards
- We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have missing parts, or sustained damage after delivery, for reasons not caused by our team
- Furniture Galleria offers a 30-day return policy. Please note that any items returned more than 30 days after delivery are ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, our team will email you immediately to confirm its arrival. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Our team will issue your refund immediately upon approval. You will receive the credit automatically through your original payment method within a few business days..
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items
We only offer refunds on regular-priced items. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for any sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the sender marked the item as a gift during checkout and shipped it directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive your item, we will email or mail your gift certificate immediately
If the buyer did not mark the item as a gift, or if they shipped the order to themselves first, we will issue the refund directly to the original purchaser. Please note that the buyer will receive notification of the return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to use our return shipping services, Furniture Galleria will subtract the delivery fees from your total refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
